This weekend we gained an hour of sleep and more morning sunlight during the transition from daylight saving time to standard time.

On Cincinnati Edition, we discuss the history of the history of daylight saving time and why some doctors advise we adopt standard time year-round.
Guests:
- Dr. Anne Romaker, MD, director
